You will see this on school pc’s, college pc’s or university pc’s.

It’s simple to put it on your own pc just run “regedit”

Now go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENT VERSION\WINLOGON”

Value1: “legalnoticecaption” = This is the title for your box

Value 2: “legalnoticetext” = This is the text contained inside the box
